All photography, video, and visual materials created by Jordan Licon Photography are protected by copyright unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Usage licenses

Clients receive a usage license based on the project scope, package, and proposal. Usage may include personal branding, website, press, print, advertising, internal communications, social media, or campaign use depending on the agreement.

Copyright

Copyright remains with Jordan Licon Photography unless a written copyright transfer or buyout is included in the signed agreement.

Commercial use

Commercial projects are scoped according to usage, duration, geography, deliverables, production needs, and licensing requirements.
